HE HAS CHOSEN TO LOVE YOU FOREVER AND HE WON'T EVER CHANGE HIS MIND!

HE HAS CHOSEN TO LOVE YOU FOREVER AND HE WON'T CHANGE HIS MIND.

… [Nothing]…will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord”(Romans 8:31-39 NASB). He has “….loved [you]...with an everlasting love….” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV).

*

When a child is in right standing with their parents, they normally enjoy uninterrupted blessings. God’s children enjoy uninterrupted blessings too when they are in right standing with him. “...Blessed is the nation ...[of children]... whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance...” (Psalms 33:12 KJV). “... What joy for the nation [of children]... whose God is the Lord, whose people he has chosen as his inheritance. What joy for the nation whose God is the Lord, whose people he has chosen as his inheritance...” (Psalms 33:12 NLT).

God desires for his children to “…. be fruitful …. multiply…. replenish the earth …. subdue [the earth] …. and … have dominion...” just like he did Adam(Genesis 1:28 KJV).

God, out of his awesome love, designs a purpose or gives directives, for all mankind, just like he did Jesus too. “…The Son of man CAME to seek and to save THAT WHICH WAS LOST…” (Luke 19:10 KJV). “… [Jesus CAME because he is the] … one … who can reconcile God and humanity…” (1 Timothy 2:5 NLT).[Jesus Christ CAME to be] the atoning sacrifice for our sins” (1 John 2:2 NIV). “…[Jesus CAME to be] the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world” (John 1:29 KJV). “….[Jesus] CAME not to be served but to serve others and TO GIVE HIS LIFE as a ransom for many…" (Matthew 20:28). “….[Jesus CAME because God is], NOT WILLING that any should perish, but that ALL should come to repentance…” (2 Peter 3:9 KJV). “…[Jesus] CAME that [you] may have life, and have it abundantly….” (John 10:10 KJV).

“…God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave  (entrusted to) us the ministry of reconciliation (purpose). ” (2 Corinthians 5:18 NIV).

These directives or purposes were God’s plan and destiny for Adam’s life on earth. His intention was for Adam (Eve) to enjoy replenishing the earth with habitation, to enjoy cultivating it, to enjoy making it prosperous, to enjoy taking authority, and to rule over it on a daily basis. “…. be fruitful …. multiply…. replenish the earth …. subdue [the earth] …. and … have dominion...” just like he did Adam(Genesis 1:28 KJV).

God made Adam (Eve) and YOU for a purpose. Solomon solidifies these directives or purposes from God when he says we are to find satisfaction in our destinies, labors, and tasks upon earth because they, “... [are] a gift of God…” (Ecclesiastes 3:12-13 KJV).

In Genesis, throughout biblical history, and in the present, God has been and is the sole provider and caregiver in this covenant relationship with his people and he never begrudges his responsibilities toward those he loves. “…Before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure …” (Ephesians 1:3-8 NLT).

“... So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son. He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins.…” (Ephesians 1:3-8 NLT).

“... He has showered his kindness on us, along with all wisdom and understanding. God has now revealed to us his mysterious will regarding Christwhich is to fulfill his own good plan. And this is the plan: At the right time he will bring everything together under the authority of Christ—everything in heaven and on earth…” (Ephesians 1:3-8 NLT).

“... Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan. God’s purpose was that we Jews who were the first to trust in Christ would bring praise and glory to God…” (Ephesians 1:3-8 NLT).

“....And now you Gentiles have also heard the truth, the Good News that God saves you. And when you believed in Christ, he identified you as his own by giving you the Holy Spirit, whom he promised long ago…” (Ephesians 1:3-8 NLT).

“... The Spirit is God’s guarantee that he will give us the inheritance he promised and that he has purchased us to be his own people. He did this so we would praise and glorify him…” (Ephesians 1:3-8 NLT).

“... This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure …” (Ephesians 1:3-8 NLT).

His provision, in Genesis, included the whole earth (animals, herbs, vegetation, etc. ;), a luscious home (the Garden of Eden), increase in family (through the fruit of the womb), purpose (subduing the earth), and authority (dominion) over his stuff. “….he took them (the children) up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and BLESSED THEM.….” (Mark 10:16 KJV). “…God blessed them…” (Genesis 1:28 KJV).

There were many benefits of God’s provisional blessings, such as constant and ongoing love, peace, goodness, kindness, laughter, care, health, prosperity, soul satisfaction, contentment, safety, righteousness, and holiness.

Believers enjoy those same blessings when they become aware that “….every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, cometh down from the Father of lights…..” (James 1:17 KJV).

Provision is the way God lets his creation know what they mean to him and how deeply they are loved. “…Blessed be the God …who HATH blessed “US” with ALL spiritual blessingsin heavenly places “IN” Christ…” (Ephesians 1:3 KJV).   Remember blessings are “unmerited” favors FROM God and are a sign of his relationship with you. [They (his children)]… ENJOY the PROMISE OF BLESSINGSbecause” THEY BELONG TO CHRIST JESUS” (Ephesians 3:6 NLT).

God has a commandment that says, “… if any does not provide for his own, and those of his own house, he hath denied the faith and is worse than an infidel (unbeliever)” (1 Timothy 5:8 KJV).

Nothing says “I love you,” “I care,” or “you are meaningful to me” as one who lovingly provides for YOU. “…God is the one who provides …” (2 Corinthians 9:10-13 KJV). He has “….loved [you]...with an everlasting love….” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV).

“… I AM WHO I AM ’ This is My name forever, and this is My memorial-name to all generations…” (Exodus 3:14-15 NASB).  “…I am  the Lord, the God of all flesh…” (Jeremiah 32:27 KJV). "… I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God…" (Revelation 1:8 NASB). “… I, the LORD … the first, and with the last. I am He...'" (Isaiah 41:4 NASB).  “...The lord is GOODthere is none good but one, that is, God” (Nahum 1:7 & Mark 10:18 KJV). “…God is love…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…  I, the Lord, am your healer…” (Exodus 15:26). “… I AM HOLY…” (1 Peter 1:14-16 KJV).  And, “There is none holy as the Lord” (1 Samuel 2:2 KJV). “…God is the one who provides …” (2 Corinthians 9:10-13 KJV). He has “….loved [you]...with an everlasting love….” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV).

“… God will supply all [your need]…” (Philippians 4:19 NASB). “… [God] … will keep in perfect peace all who trust in … [him] … all whose thoughts are fixed on … [him!]” (Isaiah 26:3 NLT).….The Lord is “my” shepherd ….” (PSALM 23:1-3 NLT). “… THE LORD … is Your rock and Your fortress, your deliverer, Your GOD, Your rock, in whom [you] … take refuge; Your shield and the horn of Your salvation, YOUR stronghold.…" (Psalms 18:3 NASB). “…Thou shalt know that I the LORD am thy Saviour …” (Isaiah 60:16 KJV). “…there is none like unto thee” (Jeremiah 10:6 KJV). “…God is the one who provides …” (2 Corinthians 9:10-13 KJV). He has “….loved [you]...with an everlasting love….” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV).

God is the ultimate provider, emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally, and financially, in all YADA relationships. “…God is the one who provides  [EVERYTHING]…” (2 Corinthians 9:10-13 KJV). “… God will supply all [your need]…” (Philippians 4:19 NASB). “…God will generously PROVIDE all you need…” (2 Corinthians 9:8 NLT). “…The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want …” (Psalms 23:1 KJV). “… You will always have everything you need  …” (2 Corinthians 9:8 NLT). JEHOVAH –JIREH means: "The Lord Will Provide."

“….God saw every thing he had made……and, behold, it was very good” (Genesis 1:31 KJV). The covenant relationship between God, the Holy Spirit and mankind was GOOD.

They were his people and he was their PROVIDER.“…God is the one who provides  …” (2 Corinthians 9:10-13 KJV). “… God will supply all [your need]…” (Philippians 4:19 NASB).

There were no flaws at all in anything God created, including the covenant relationship. God was happy with his creation and was looking forward to sharing an “oneness” relationship with Adam and Eve. “…And the LORD God formed (created) man [of] the dust of the ground (body), and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life (spirit); and man became a living soul (soul)…” (GENESIS 2:7 KJV).  “... This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure …” (Ephesians 1:3-8 NLT). “….God saw every thing he had made……and, behold, it was very good” (Genesis 1:31 KJV).

God didn’t create man out of a personal need; He simply wanted to LOVE them. Again, God does NOT “need” you; He simply wants to love you. “... This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure …” (Ephesians 1:3-8 NLT). He has “….loved [you]...with an everlasting love….” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV).

Just like a healthy couple wants a child to love. Once the child is born, the couple feels a sense of satisfaction and completion.

God said the birth (or creation) of man (Adam and Eve) “…it was… good...” (Genesis 1:31 KJV)!

The establishment of the covenant relationship between God and man was the crowning glory of all his creation. “…it was very good….” (Genesis 1:31 KJV).

From this perspective, this is the first covenant, between God and man, though unspoken or reported in scripture. “…For I will have respect unto you …and establish my covenant with you.… (Leviticus 26:9 KJV).“…He remembered his covenant with them and relented because of his unfailing love” (Psalms 106:42-48 NLT).

Covenants are God’s idea and not man’s anyway. Covenants are unique to God and are his “chosen,” holy pattern for establishing relationships between himself and man throughout history.  God choses people. “…HE CHOSE US in Him before the foundation of the world…” (Ephesians 1:4 NLT). "…You did not choose me but I chose you, and appointed you…” (John 15:16 ASV).  “…ye are a chosen generation…” (1 Peter 2:9 KJV). For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God: the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth...” (Deuteronomy 7:6).But you are a chosen people” (1 Peter 2:9 NIV). …The God of our fathers hath chosen thee” (Acts 22:14 KJV). “…You are the LORD God, Who chose Abram  and made a covenant with him…” (Nehemiah 9:7-8 NASB).

God always initiates and establishes his covenant with man and not the other way around. “... I (god, the holy spirit will) establish my covenant...” (Genesis 6:18 KJV). “... And I, behold, I (god, the holy spirit will) establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you...” (Genesis 9:9 KJV).

Remember, a covenant, in simple terms, is an agreement, between two parties, to come together, in respective roles, to keep and bestow each other with promises, privileges, compliances, and responsibilities until death. “…For I will have respect unto you …and establish my covenant with you.… (Leviticus 26:9 KJV).

God initiated a covenant with man (Adam & Eve) to be fruitful, multiply, replenish, subdue, and take dominion in their role and he would be husband/owner in his role. “...God blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.” God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good…” (Genesis 1 NASB).

A “Blessing” or berakah  is to bestow (impart or give) happiness and well-being upon. “…God blessed them…” (Genesis 1:28 KJV). So you say “Have a blessed day” as a desire for another person’s happiness and well-being upon their day. The greeting can also be translated: “Have a happy day,” or “Have a well-being day,” or “God bless your day,” or simply “God bless you.”

In “this” covenant, God fulfilled his role and Adam (Eve) fulfilled their role for a while.  God initiates the covenant relationships, like in Genesis, with promises (to bless, provide, care for, etc.,) and mankind (like Adam/Eve) responds; “….it was very good…”

All mankind had to do was respond to God’s directives. We are often told to “…walk by faith (by depending upon God’s Word)...” (2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV).

A faith response is activated by God’s Word and will empower you to follow after God’s commands. “… [God]…dealt to every man the measure of faith...” (Romans 12:3 KJV). “… [One of]…the fruit of the Spirit is… FAITH…” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV). “…Faith cometh by HEARING… the word of God…” (Roman 10:17 KJV). “…Unto you it is GIVEN …. to believe on him...” (Philippians 1:29 KJV).  “… It is …God who does the work IN AND THROUGH all of us who are his… (1 Corinthians 12:4-11 NLT).

An example of a faith response is when God Holy commands says, “... do NOT lie...” and when the opportunity to lie shows up; you don’t lie (this is the faith response).

The opposite of a faith response is when you ignore what God commands about lying and you choose to lie instead.

When you ignore God’s Word anywhere in your life or you pay no heed to it, or disregard, or choose NOT to follow it; it is STILL an act of sin. “... Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness ...” (1 John 3:7-10 NASB).

It’s that simple. A little bit of sin is still SOME sin. A little white lie, blue lie, purple lie, or red lie; is still a LIE.

When we ignore God’s Word, and choose to practice the deeds of the flesh, it can destroy the covenant relationship through the separation of God, the Holy Spirit from the soul. “…They ABANDONED ME and did not obey my word….” (JEREMIAH 16:11 NLT). “…They ABANDONED the Lordthey turned their backs on him….” (2 Chronicles 29:6 NLT).“…The Lord replies, “This has happened because my people have ABANDONED MY INSTRUCTIONS; they have refused to obey what I said….” (JEREMIAH 9:13 NLT).

“…For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning…” (Romans 15:4 KJV). Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition” (1 Corinthians 10:11 KJV).

Breaking God’s Holy Law SEPARATES the HOLY SPIRIT from YOU. “…Your INIQUITIES  (your practicing a sinful lifestyle)… separated … you and your God…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV).

Yet, God remains faithful in his love towards you regardless. “…If we are faithless, he remains faithful…” (2 Timothy 2:13 NIV). “…Again and again he rescued them, but they chose to rebel against him...” (Psalms 106:42-48 NLT). “…He remembered his covenant with them and relented because of his unfailing love” (Psalms 106:42-48 NLT). “… so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: …” (Zechariah 8:13 KJV).

Great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the LORD endures forever...” (Psalms 117:2 KJV). “…[GOD] remembered his covenant with them (THROUGH ABRAHAM)” (Psalms 106:42-48 NLT). To Abraham he said: “…I will BLESS thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a BLESSING: And I will BLESS them that BLESS theein thee shall all families of the earth be BLESSED (Genesis 12:2-3 KJV).

God is love. Love’s only agenda is love. God’s love stays powerfully, potent for you no matter what you do or how you respond to his commands. “…If we are faithless, he remains faithful…” (2 Timothy 2:13 NIV). “…the Lord loves His people …” (2 Chronicles 2:11 NASB). “… the Lord loved you and kept the oath which He swore to your forefathers…” (Deuteronomy 7:8 NASB). “… Blessed be the Lord your God who delighted in you to set you on the throne of Israel; because the Lord loved Israel (his people) forever…” (1 Kings 10:9 NASB). “…the Lord loves His people …” (2 Chronicles 2:11 NASB). “ … your God loved Israel (his people) establishing them forever …”(2 Chronicles 9:8 NASB). In “… His love and in His mercy He redeemed them…” (Isaiah 63:9 NASB). “… I have loved you with an everlasting love…” (Jeremiah 31:3 NASB). “… Even as the Lord loves the sons of Israel (his people)…” (Hosea 3:1 NASB). “ … I led them … with bonds of love, And I became to them as one who lifts the yoke from their jaws; And I bent down and fed them…” (Hosea 11:4 NASB).  “… Indeed, He loves the people…” (Deuteronomy 33:3 NASB).

God’s kind of love doesn’t require or demand any expectation of love in return from you. God will never force his commands on you, but will allow you to voluntarily follow after them on your “own” accord. “...[Nothing]…will be able to separate us from the love of God (WE ARE SECURE IN HIS LOVE), which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:31-39 NASB). He has “….loved [you]...with an everlasting love….” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV). “…[God’s] ... love, which is the perfect BOND of unity...” (Colossians 3:14 NASB). “…He [however]… remains faithful (WE ARE SECURE IN HIS FAITHFUL LOVE)…” (2 Timothy 2:13 NLT).

However, “… [God has] set before you LIFE and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose LIFE” (Deuteronomy 30:19 KJV). “Jesus (the Word of God) saith…I am THE WAY, the truth, and the life…” (John 14:6 KJV). “…Choose you this day whom ye will serve….” (Joshua 24:15 KJV). “…The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who CHOOSE that way. …” (Matthew 7:13-14 NLT).

In addition, “…[Some of God’s people] ... DID NOT like to retain God in their knowledge, GOD GAVE THEM OVER (WE ARE SECURE IN HIS RESPECT FOR OUR CHOICES) to a reprobate mind (AN wicked, unrepentant, wrong doing, fallen, departed mind) ” (Romans 1:28 KJV).

We (God’s people) will continue to live as we want to, stubbornly following our own evil desires…” (JEREMIAH 18:12 NLT). “…But my people have stubborn and rebellious hearts. They have turned away and ABANDONED me….” (JEREMIAH 5:23 NLT). “…My people would not listen to me. They kept doing whatever they wanted” (Jeremiah 7:24 NLT).

One misunderstanding of God’s kind of love is that many mistakenly believe that God doesn’t desire or long for their love in return, but that’s not true. God, the “Holy” Spirit said, “… [YOU]… FORGOT all about ME,” says the Lord…” (Hosea 2:13 NLT). “…for years on end my people have FORGOTten ME” (Jeremiah 2:32 NLT). “…They ABANDONED the Lordthey turned their backs on him….” (2 Chronicles 29:6 NLT).

“…They have turned away and ABANDONED me….” (JEREMIAH 5:23 NLT). “…My people would not listen to me. They kept doing whatever they wanted” (Jeremiah 7:24 NLT).…[They said] …We will continue to live as we want to” (JEREMIAH 18:12 NLT). God, the Holy Spirit said, "... Oh, how can I give you up, Israel? How can I let you go? How can I destroy you like Admah or demolish you like Zeboiim? My heart is torn within me, and my compassion overflows...” (Hosea 11:8 NLT). Yet, “...GOD GAVE THEM OVER...” (Romans 1:28 KJV).

God wants your love, your heart, and not your religious practices or deeds. “... I (God, the Holy Spirit) want you to show love, not offer sacrifices. I want you to know me more than I want burnt offerings...” (Hosea 6:6 NLT).

Just like with Israel, he “…did not set His love upon you nor choose you….” for any of your particular qualities, “…but because [He] loved you…..” Deuteronomy 7:7-8). “…[You choose]... this day whom ye will serve….” (Joshua 24:15 KJV).

God, of course, wants your love in return. “…If you love me, you will keep my commandments” (John 14:15). God is in control, but he is NOT controlling. (This simply means that God’s love is not demanding, does not expect, or force you to love him in return, but patiently desires for you to freely love Him on your own volition).

“…My people would not listen to me. They kept doing whatever they wanted” (Jeremiah 7:24 NLT). … The people replied, “Don’t waste your breath. We will continue to live as we want to, stubbornly following our own evil desires” (JEREMIAH 18:12 NLT).

God, the Holy Spirit’s, love is easily taken for granted and abused. WHY? Because people “KNOW” “...[nothing]…will be able to separate ...[them] ... from the love of God (HIS PEOPLE ARE SECURE IN HIS LOVE), which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:31-39 NASB). He has “….loved [you]...with an everlasting love….” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV). “…[God, the Holy Spirit’s] ... love ... is the perfect BOND of unity...” (Colossians 3:14 NASB).

Why is God’s love taken for granted? Because, “…He … remains faithful (HIS PEOPLE ARE SECURE IN HIS FAITHFUL LOVE)…” (2 Timothy 2:13 NLT).

God is love, but you are not. God has made a loving commitment to you, but maybe you have not made a loving commitment to God, the Holy Spirit. He has “….loved [you]...with an everlasting love….” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV). However, “…My people would not listen to me. They kept doing whatever they wanted” (Jeremiah 7:24 NLT). … The people replied, “Don’t waste your breath. We will continue to live as we want to, stubbornly following our own evil desires” (JEREMIAH 18:12 NLT). The Word of God says, “…If you love me (God, the Holy Spirit), you will keep my commandments” (John 14:15).

Thus, if you continually remain unresponsive and ignore the love of God, within the covenant “oneness” relationship; it deteriorates. “…If you love me, you will keep my commandments” (John 14:15). However, “…My people would not listen to me. They kept doing whatever they wanted” (Jeremiah 7:24 NLT). “…Thus saith the Lord; ‘Cursed be the MAN (or woman) ... whose HEART departeth from the Lord” (Jeremiah 17:5 KJV) Thus, “…They (MY PEOPLE) broke that covenant, though I loved them as a husband loves his wife,” says the Lord…” (Jeremiah 31:32 NASB).

“... Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness ...” (1 John 3:7-10 NASB).“... I forewarn you ... that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God...” (Galatians 5:19-21 NASB).

Just like in a human relationship; you must interactive with one another and work together to keep the commitment to one another ALIVE. “…abide in me, and I in you. (John 15:4 KJV).

God’s love is always available and unchanging, but YOURS IS NOT. “...[Nothing]…will be able to separate [YOU] from the love of God (YOU ARE SECURE IN HIS LOVE), which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:31-39 NASB). “…They (MY PEOPLE) broke that covenant, though I loved them as a husband loves his wife,” says the Lord…” (Jeremiah 31:32 NASB).

“…If you love me, you will keep my commandments” (John 14:15). … The people replied, “Don’t waste your breath. We will continue to live as we want to, stubbornly following our own evil desires” (JEREMIAH 18:12 NLT).

When you don’t respond to God’s love, eventually your departure in the covenant relationship will cause a chasm or separation. “... Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness...” (1 John 3:7-10 NASB). “...the one who practices sin is of the devil...” (1 John 3:7-10 NASB). Breaking God’s Holy Law SEPARATES the HOLY SPIRIT from YOU. “…Your INIQUITIES  (your practicing, sinful lifestyle)… separated … you and your God…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV).

A faith respond to God’s love is necessary for developing your own love for Him. “…His divine power hath GIVEN unto US “ALL” THINGS that pertain unto life and godliness…” (2 Peter 1:3 KJV). “…A man can receive nothing, except it BE GIVEN him from heaven…” (John 3:27 KJV).  “…We love [God], BECAUSE, he first loved us” (1 John 4:19 KJV). “…We give [God]..only what [he]…first gave us! …” (1 Chronicles 29:14 NLT).

You cannot love God until you know “HOW” he loves you.

Nothing can separate you from God’s love. “...[Nothing]…will be able to separate us from the love of God (YOU ARE SECURE IN HIS LOVE), which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:31-39 NASB).

Nothing can separate YOU from God’s love, but the practice of sin can separate YOU from his love. “... Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness...” (1 John 3:7-10 NASB).

Breaking God’s Holy Law SEPARATES YOU from the HOLY SPIRIT. “…Your INIQUITIES  (your practicing, sinful lifestyle)… separated … you and your God…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV).

You can’t blame God for all your misery and unhappiness within the YADA relationship. You willfully make choices or respond to life or God's love as you please or desire. God’s love is unconditional, but yours is not.

Further, God’s love is unconditional, but man’s love is usually conditional for God and others.

Mankind’s love usually depends on conditions or meeting someone else’s personal criteria.

Therefore, it is not God’s love for you that is ever in question; it is your love for God that’s in question.

God’s is love. Love’s only agenda is love. It was Adam and Eve’s willful choice to response to Satan that changed their loving relationship with God. God didn’t change the relationship; they did.

Back in the Garden of Eden, the loving relationship didn’t last and soon man was divorced from the loving, covenant relationship with God, the Holy Spirit.

When Adam and Eve choose to willfully response to Satan’s and follow after him, it created one of the worst divorces ever known to mankind.

This became an ongoing pattern with man throughout biblical history and it is clear from the Old Testament writings, that God’s OWN people often broke their part of the covenant. “…. Again and again he rescued them, but they chose to rebel against him ... Even so, he pitied them in their distress and listened to their cries. He remembered his covenant with them ... because of his unfailing love. He even caused their captors to treat them with kindness. [They cried] ... Save us, O Lord our God!” (Psalms 106:42-48 NLT). “…He remembered his covenant with them and relented because of his unfailing love” (Psalms 106:42-48 NLT). “…[In HIS] ... love and in His mercy He redeemed them (again)…” (Isaiah 63:9 NASB). “…I am the Lord, I change NOT…” (Malachi 3:6 KJV).

Human relationship troubles are a constant reminder of man’s challenge to maintain healthy loving interactions with each other and God.

Centuries would past before God enjoys a lasting relationship with mankind again.

Jesus came forth as the predestined savior and as a forerunner for the new and better covenant relationship between God and the believer “…Jesus has become the guarantor of a better covenant…” (Hebrews 7:22 NIV).

Anyhow, back in Eden, one wrong choice severed the YADA, covenant relationship between Adam/Eve and God forever. Before the FALL, Adam and Even was FREE from any kind of sin, free from a sinful nature, its affects, its influences, and its consequences.

In addition, God, the husbandman and ULITIMATE CAREGIVER GAVE them providence.  “...God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have DOMINION over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth….” (Genesis 1:26-28 KJV).

He also GAVE them one HOLY instruction, which meant they ONLY have one choice to make and that was obedience.  “…of every tree of the garden THOU MAYEST FREELY EAT: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou  SHALT NOT EAT of it; for in THE DAY THAT THOU EATEST thereof THOU SHALT SURELY DIE…” (Genesis 2:16-17 KJV).

BUT“…The woman [became] ... convinced [to CHOOSE to eat from the tree, anyway]... She saw that the tree was beautiful and its fruit looked delicious, and she wanted the wisdom it would give her. So she took some of the fruit and ate it...” (Genesis 3:1-7 NLT).

“….She [willfully CHOOSE to take] ... some of the fruit and [eat] ... IT. Then she gave some to her husband, who was with her, and HE ATE IT, too” (Genesis 3:1-7 NLT). “…[You choose]... this day whom ye will serve….” (Joshua 24:15 KJV).

“.... At that moment their eyes were opened” (Genesis 3:1-7 NLT).  At that moment, “…[their] ...[CHOICE to follow Satan’s voice]separated … [them from] ... God…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV). “…It’s YOUR SINS that … [will] ...cut you off from God…” (Isaiah 59:2 NLT).

A willful, voluntarily, and FREE human decision to ignore God’s Holy instruction cut them OFF from God, the Holy Spirit or SEPARATED them from God, the Holy Spirit. “…It’s YOUR SINS that … [will] ...cut you off from God…” (Isaiah 59:2 NLT). “... Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness...” (1 John 3:7-10 NASB).

Adam and Eve, who were FREE from sin, at the time, and FREE to CHOOSE, decided, on their OWN volition, to ACT against God’s WORD. “… [YOU CHOOSE]... this day whom ye will serve….” (Joshua 24:15 KJV).

They FREELY CHOSE to do the opposite of what God’s Word instructed them to do. Choices have consequences and God fully disclosed to them what those consequences will be if they CHOSE “NOT” to listen to his Word. “... THE DAY THAT THOU EATEST thereof THOU SHALT SURELY DIE…” (Genesis 2:16-17 KJV).

SIN, the rejecting or ignoring of God’s HOLY instructions, separated them from God, the Holy Spirit. “…[Their] ... ...[CHOICE to follow Satan’s voice]separated … [them from] ... God…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV).

From that time, until NOW, everyone, born into the world, is born without the indwelling Holy Spirit. “…All have sinned (all are born with a sin nature) and fallen short of the glory of God (all are born “without” the indwelling holy spirit)…” (Romans 3:23). “….I was born a sinner (I was born without the indwelling holy spirit)….” (Psalms 51:5 NLT).

Everyone is born with ONLY a sin nature. Everyone will eventually become a SLAVE to sin, because they cannot, on their own, be restored to WHOLENESS or REUNITE with God, the Holy Spirit, without an act of God’s GRACE.

The sinful nature ONLY knows how to PRACTICE SIN. Sins are the symptoms of the terminal condition of “that” nature. “….I was born a sinner ….” (Psalms 51:5 NLT).  “...I want to do what is right, but I can’t. I want to do what is good, but I don’t. …I [am] …a slave to the sin (the symptoms of that terminal condition) (Romans 7:14-25 NLT). “…the wages of sin (the terminal condition) is death…” (Romans 6:23 KJV). “…For all have sinned (all have this terminal condition)…” (Romans 3:23 KJV). “…all have ... come short of the glory of God (all are born WITHOUT the indwelling Holy Spirit)…” (Romans 3:23 KJV).

“.... At that moment their eyes were opened” (Genesis 3:1-7 NLT).  At that moment, “…[their] ...[CHOICE to follow Satan’s voice]separated … [them from] ... God…” (Isaiah 59:2 KJV).
HE NEVER CHOOSES AGAINST THE COVENANT RELATIONSHIP HE HAS WITH THOSE HE LOVES, BUT HIS PEOPLE CAN AND OFTEN DO CHOOSE TO FALL AWAY OR DEPART FROM THE RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM..
