HOLY LOVE ALWAYS PROTECTS, TRUSTS, HOPES, AND PERSERVES
“…Love is patient, love is kind. It does
not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It
does not dishonor others, it is
not self-seeking, It
is not easily angered, It keeps no record
of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil
but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes,
always perseveres, Love never fails…” (1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
*
“…God is LOVE…” (1
John 4:4-8 KJV). “…God is [HOLY]… LOVE…” (1 John 4:4-8 KJV). “…[HOLY]…LOVE … “ALWAYS” PROTECTS… TRUSTS… HOPES… [AND]…
PERSERVERES…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
HOLY
LOVE continuously, permanently, constantly, at “ALL” times, unfailingly protects,
trusts, hopes, and perseveres on your behalf.
The
word “ALWAYS” reveals the HIGH standard of commitment HOLY LOVE has for his
LOVED ONES. God is saying that ALL THE DAYS of your life, he will perpetually protect,
trust, hope, and persevere on your behalf. “…I am with you always, to the very end…"(Matthew 28:20 NIV). “…[God will]…Never
leave nor forsake you…”
(Hebrews 13:5 KJV). “…Behold, I
am with … [you] and will keep … [you]
whithersoever [you]… goest…I
will not leave [you] ..." (Genesis 28:15 ASV).
He says, “…I will not forsake [you]…”
(Isaiah 42:16 NIV). “…I am with you always, to the very end…"(Matthew 28:20 NIV). “…LOVE
… “ALWAYS” PROTECTS… TRUSTS… HOPES… [AND]… PERSERVERES…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
“…God is able to make all GRACE abound toward [“HIS loved ONES]; that [they will]… always hav[E]… all sufficiency in all things…” (2 Corinthians 8:9 KJV). “…I am with you always, to the very end of the age…"(Matthew 28:20 NIV).
“…God will
generously PROVIDE all [his loved one’s]… need…. Then [they]... will always have everything [they needs]…” (2 Corinthians 9:8
NLT).
“…Behold, I AM WITH… [YOU] and …I WILL NOT LEAVE [YOU]…." (Genesis 28:15 ASV). “…I
am the Lord, I change NOT…” (Malachi 3:6 KJV). “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever”
(Hebrews 13 8 NIV).
“… [I WILL]…never leave nor forsake you…” (Hebrews 13:5 KJV). He
has “….loved [you]...with an everlasting love...” (Jeremiah 31:3 KJV). “…LOVE … “ALWAYS” PROTECTS… TRUSTS… HOPES… [AND]… PERSERVERES…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
HOLY
LOVE is “ALL” in and totally committed to his loved ones. “…Who will separate us from the love of [Christ?
“[Nothing] … will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in
Christ Jesus our Lord…”
(Romans 8:31-39 NASB).
“….neither death, nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things
present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor any other
creature, shall
be able to separate [YOU]… from the love of God which is “in” Christ Jesus our
Lord…” (Romans 8:38-39 KJV). “…There is no greater love …”
(John 15:13 NLT).
HOLY LOVE commits to PROTECT
his loved ones, or to bear all things.
He has his loved ones “COVERED.” “Love covers over a multitude of sin.”
OR “…Love covereth
a multitude of sins…” (Proverbs 10:12, 1 Peter
4:8 ASV).
HOLY LOVE perpetually seeks to protect his
loved ones. However, God is HOLY and will not overlook, wink at, or cover-up
sin, nor will he interfere with the consequences of sinful choices. “…LOVE
… “ALWAYS” PROTECTS…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
HOLY LOVE protects by empowering his loved
ones weaknesses, guarding their vulnerabilities, forgiving their many
provocations against him, and readily cleansing them from all unrighteousness. “…LOVE
… “ALWAYS” PROTECTS…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
HOLY LOVE is utterly compassionate and
understanding with the shortcomings, and faults of his loved ones and thus will
focus on what he needs to do to protect them; not himself. “…LOVE
… “ALWAYS” PROTECTS…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
HOLY
LOVE sent JESUS to PROTECT you from sin and its consequences. “…God so loved the world,
that HE GAVE his only begotten Son (Jesus Christ) …” (John 3:16 KJV). “… Jesus...
[said], Father, forgive them…”
(Luke 23:34 KJV). “… REPENT
and TURN TO God …”
(Acts 26: 20 NASB). “…REPENT ye
therefore, and
BE CONVERTED, that your sins
may be blotted out…” (Acts 3:19 KJV). “…Whosoever believeth in him SHOULD NOT PERISH, but have everlasting life”
(John 3:16).
Jesus ERADICATED your sins, and
offenses against God. “…Behold
the Lamb of God
(Jesus Christ), which taketh away the sin of the world” (John 1:29 KJV).
HOLY
LOVE’S forgiveness is a PROTECTION. “..Love covers over (protects you from the consequences of) a
multitude of sin…” (Proverbs
10:12). “…I will
forgive …[your] wickedness
(sin) and will
remember ..[your] sins no more…" (Hebrews 8:12 NIV). “…[HOLY] …love
covereth (protects you from the consequences of) a multitude of sins…”
(1 Peter 4:8 ASV). “…The Lord is
merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy…”
(Psalms 103:8 KJV).
HOLY LOVE focuses on PROTECTING his
loved ones and will NOT focus on their offenses, weaknesses, or faults. “…HE DELIGHTETH IN MERCY…”
(Micah 7:18 KJV). “…Mercy triumphs over judgement.” (James 2:13 NASB). …HE is faithful and just to forgive us our sins,
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness…” (1 John 1:9 KJV).
“…he remains faithful…” (2
Timothy 2:13 NLT).“…I am the Lord, I change NOT…”
(Malachi 3:6 KJV). “Jesus Christ is the
same
yesterday and today and forever…”
(Hebrews 13:8 NIV).
HOLY
LOVE seeks to PROTECT his loved ones through forgiveness, grace, and mercy. “…Blessed (protected) is he WHOSE TRANSGRESSION
IS FORGIVEN, WHOSE SIN IS COVERED. …”
(Psalm 32:12 KJV). “…Blessed (protected) is the man unto whom the Lord
IMPUTETH NOT INIQUITY, and in whose spirit there is no guile…”
(Psalm 32:12 KJV). “…I am he that BLOTTETH OUT (protects you from the consequences of) THY TRANSGRESSION ….”
(Isaiah 42:35 KJV). “…I am he that …WILL
NOT REMEMBER THY SINS….”
(Isaiah 42:35 KJV).
“…As far as the east is from the west, so
far hath he REMOVED OUR TRANSGRESSIONS
FROM US…” (Psalm 104:12 KJV). “…I WILL heal their apostasy.…” (Hosea 14:4 KJV). “…I will forgive
(protect you from) …and will remember ... [your]
sins no more…" (Hebrews 8:12 NIV). “…EXCEPT YE REPENT, ye shall all likewise PERISH…”
(Luke 13:3 KJV). God “….is… NOT WILLING that
any should perish, …” (2 Peter 3:9 KJV).“…BE CONVERTED (protected), that your sins may be blotted
out…” (Acts 3:19 KJV). “…Whosoever believeth in him (depends upon his protection) SHOULD NOT PERISH
(be protected from the consequences of sin and)… have everlasting
life” (John 3:16).
“… [HOLY]
…love covereth (protects you from the consequences of) a
multitude of sins…” (Proverbs 10:12, 1 Peter 4:8 ASV). “…LOVE
… “ALWAYS” PROTECTS… TRUSTS… HOPES… [AND]… PERSERVERES…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
HOLY LOVE commits to TRUST his
loved ones, or to believe all things.
He “BELIEVES” in his loved ones.
“…LOVE … “ALWAYS” … TRUSTS…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
HOLY LOVE believes ONLY the best
about his loved ones. God’s TRUST in his people is NOT influenced by their
checkered past, or their present weaknesses. “…LOVE
… “ALWAYS” … TRUSTS…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
God’s TRUST in his people does
not depend upon whether they are deserving of it or not. It doesn’t matter if
they are actually worthy of suspicious or serious scrutiny.
God’s TRUST in his people is
not based on their performance, or them earning it, or good/bad deeds. “…LOVE
… “ALWAYS” … TRUSTS…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
God’s TRUST means he ALWAYS,
and unwaveringly gives them the benefit of the doubt and is ready to believe
the VERY best of them whether they deserve it or not. “…LOVE … “ALWAYS”… TRUSTS…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
HOLY
LOVE’S TRUST in you is NOT based on you or any performance, or anything you
achieve. It is based on his unconditional LOVE and his sufficient
GRACE. “…he FIRST loved us…” (1 John 4:19 ASV). God’s “…GRACE is
sufficient for you…” (2
Corinthians 12:9 NASB). “…For if you are
trying to make yourselves right with God by keeping the law (or trying to earn his trust), you have been cut
off from Christ! You have fallen away from God’s GRACE…”
(Galatians 2:21 NLT). “…God is able to make all GRACE abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in
all things…” (2 Corinthians 8:9 KJV). “…My GRACE is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in
weakness...” (2 Corinthians 12:9 KJV).
“… God saved us… not because we DESERVED it…” (2
Timothy 1:9 NLT). “… By GRACE (unearned,
undeserved, and unworthy favor) [you are] … SAVED through faith (by depending
up Jesus Christ’s work upon the cross); and that not of [your]selves: it is the gift of (HOLY LOVE) God… lest any man should boast…” (EPHESIANS 2:8-9
KJV).
“…he FIRST loved us…” (1 John 4:19 ASV). “… since it is through God’s kindness, then it is not
by ...[YOUR]… good works. For in that case, God’s grace would not be what it really is—free and undeserved…” (Romans
11:6 NLT). “… He is so rich in kindness and grace
that he purchased our freedom with
the blood of his Son and forgave our
sins…”
(Ephesians 1:7 NLT).
HOLY
LOVE CANNOT be mocked, duped, considered naive, unperceptive, or gullible. “…
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a
man soweth, that shall he also reap…” (Galatians 6:7 KJV). “…
we are each responsible for our
own conduct …Don’t be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will
always harvest what you plant. Those who live only to satisfy
their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature.
But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the
Spirit…” (Galatians 6:5-8 NLT).
God’s
TRUST in you is based on Jesus Christ’s work on the cross on your behalf!
UPON
the cross, “…Jesus ….said, “It
is finished!” (Luke 19:30 KJV). “…Christ … died
for sins ONCE for all, the just for the unjust…” (1
Peter 3:18 NASB). “This is my blood of the covenant, which
is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins”
(Matthew 26:28 KJV). “…Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost
that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession
for them…” (Hebrews 7:25 KJV). “… Therefore he is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through
him. He lives forever to intercede with God on their behalf…” (Hebrews 7:25
NLT).
God knew “… [His]… righteous servant
(Jesus) will make it possible
for many to be counted righteous, for he will bear all their sins…”
(Isaiah 53:11 NLT).
“…Jesus has become the
guarantor of a better covenant (a better relationship with God)…”
(Hebrews 7:22 NIV).“…Jesus Christ is in you…” (2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV). “…Jesus Christ maketh thee
whole (TRUSTWORTHY)…” (Acts 9:34 KJV). NLT). “….Apart from …[Jesus], you can do nothing…” (John 15:5 NIV). “…[You]…
can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth …[you]…”
(Philippians 4:13 KJV). “…For it is God who
works in [you]… to will and
to act in order to fulfill his good purpose” (Philippians 2:13 NIV). Thus, “…LOVE … “ALWAYS”… TRUSTS…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
“…LOVE … “ALWAYS” PROTECTS… TRUSTS… HOPES… [AND]… PERSERVERES…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
HOLY LOVE commits to HOPE or
to hope all things. He “HOPES” in his
loved ones. “…LOVE … “ALWAYS” … HOPES…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
HOLY LOVE hopes, with patient
expectation and confidence, in the ultimate sanctification, transformation, and
eternal salvation of his people. “… [God’s]…. faith is the …[guarantee]… of
things HOPED for, the evidence (assurance) of things not seen…” (Hebrews
11:1 KJV).
HOLY LOVE “HOPES” in
the sanctification of his loved ones.
“…the will of God, [is]…your SANCTIFICATION
(ongoing cleansing from the residuals of sin)…” (1 Thessalonians 4:3 NASB). “…For God has not called us for the purpose of impurity, but in SANCTIFICATION…”
(1 Thessalonians 4:7 NASB). “… [God sanctifies his people]…for …[their]… profit, that [they] might be
partakers (participants) of his holiness...” (Hebrews 12:10
KJV). “God has chosen you from the beginning for salvation through Sanctification
by the Spirit
and FAITH in (dependence upon) the truth…” (2 Thessalonians 2:13
NASB). “…ye are WASHED …ye
are SANCTIFIED
… [and you] … are JUSTIFIED in
the name of the Lord Jesus, and BY the SPIRIT of our GOD…” (1
Corinthians 6:9-11 KJV). “…The Spirit of God
dwelleth in you…” (1 Corinthians 3:16 KJV). “…The … HOLY SPIRIT …is the source of …[sanctification] … it is
…God who does the work IN and THROUGH all of us who are his. The HOLY SPIRIT DISPLAYS God’s power THROUGH each of us as a
means of HELPING the entire church…” (1 Corinthians 12:4-11
NLT). “…LOVE … “ALWAYS” … HOPES…” (1
Corinthians 13: 4-8 NIV).
HOLY LOVE “HOPES” in
the transformation of his loved ones, “…By
His doing you are in
Christ Jesus…” (1 Corinthians 1:30 NASB). “…If any man be in Christ, he is a new
creature…” (2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV). They are “…transformed
by the renewing of …[their]… mind….” (Romans 12:2 KJV). “…[They
are]… conformed
(progressively transformed) to the image of his Son…” (ROMANS
8:29 KJV). “…[They] … are changed
into the same image [of Christ] from glory to glory …” (2
Corinthians 3:18 KJV).“…For it is God
which worketh in …[them]…
both to will and to do of his
good pleasure…” (Philippians 2:13 KJV).
“…[They are]… in the
Father, and the Father..[is in them] …the Father that dwelleth in [them], he doeth the works…”
(John 14:10 KJV).

nothing of myself…”

GRACE of God I am what I am…” (1 Corinthians 15:10 NIV).

“PERFORM” IT until the day
of Jesus Christ…” (Philippians 1:6 KJV).

of evil, to
give you an expected end…”
(Jeremiah 29:11 KJV).
