The Christian journey is a journey of faith or dependency upon God and his WORD. God's people are told to both live and walk by faith. “…walk by faith...” (2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV). “…live by faith, not by sight….” (2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV).

 God's people are encouraged regularly and daily to live and walk by faith in and dependency upon God and his Word, which is Jesus Christ. “…The WORD (Jesus) was made flesh, and dwelt among us...” (JOHN 1:14). “…Thy WORD (Jesus) is truth” (JOHN 17:17 KJV). “…Let the WORD of Christ dwell in you richly” (COLOSSIANS 3:16 KJV). “… He (Jesus) had a name written, that no man knew … his name is called The Word of God…” (Revelation 19:12-13 NASB).

From the very beginning, God's pours or transfers FAITH upon the believer. “…IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD …” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).  “…Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, ALONG WITH FAITH … “IN” Christ Jesus…” (1 Timothy 1:13-14 NIV). “…ALONG WITH FAITH …  “IN” Christ Jesus (the WORD)…” (1 Timothy 1:13-14 NIV).  Apostle Paul said the FAITH (the empowerment of the Holy Spirit to depend upon God) was “poured out” or transferred to him IN Christ Jesus. “…The Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT).

Salvation COMES, by HEARING the WORD and it comes along WITH FAITH, which is a GIFT. “ “….The [WORD of GOD] …. is the power of God (the power of HIS Holy Spirit) unto SALVATION TO EVERY ONE THAT BELIEVETH (depends upon it)…” (Romans 1:16 KJV).…faith (the empowerment of the Holy spirit to depend upon god) cometh by hearing …the word of God (which activates the Holy Spirit to SAVE you)….” (Roman 10:17 KJV). Therefore, “…BY GRACE (unmerited FAVOR) have ye been SAVED THROUGH FAITH (the empowerment of the Holy Spirit)…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). “…it is the gift of God …” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). 

FAITH," PRODUCED BY THE INDWELLING HOLY SPIRIT, IS A "GIFT." "... the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives ,,, FAITH…” (Galatians 5 NLT). HOW? “…You will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit….” (Acts 2:38 NASB). “… It is the … Holy Spirit who gives all these ... gifts and POWERS… (1 Corinthians 12:4-11 NLT).  THEREFORE, “….every good gift and every perfect gift … cometh down from the Father of lights…..” (James 1:17 KJV).“…The LORD SHALL GIVE that which is good (THE SPIRITUAL FRUIT OF FAITH)…” (Psalms 85:12 KJV). “…A man can receive nothing, except it BE GIVEN him from heaven…” (John 3:27 KJV). “…What do you have that God hasn’t given you?” (1 Corinthians 4:7 NLT). “… [One of]…the fruit of the [HIS INDWELLING HOLY] Spirit is… FAITH…” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV). “… [The GIFT OF SPIRITUAL FAITH is]… NOT OF YOURSELVES, … not of works, that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). “….IT IS THE “GIFT” OF GOD…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

THEREFORE, “…The righteous "WILL" live by "HIS" [gift of THE INDWELLING FRUIT OF] faith…” (Habakkuk 2:4 NASB). “…Christ liveth in [you SO]…live by the [gift of THE INDWELLING FRUIT OF] faith of the Son of God.   …” (Galatians 2:20 KJV).  “…The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in [y]our lives … " (Galations 5:22-23 NLT).“… It is … Holy Spirit who GIVES all these gifts and POWERS… (1 Corinthians 12:4-11 NLT). "…Apart from [THE HOLY SPIRIT], you can do nothing…” (John 15:5 NIV). “… that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). “….IT IS THE “GIFT” OF GOD…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

The FRUIT of faith. within you, produced by the Holy Spirit, COMES when it hears the WORD of God. When the Word of God is heard, the fruit of faith, produced by the indwelling Holy Spirit, empowers and strengthens you to do the things that are PLEASING in God's sight. “…Human effort accomplishes nothing….” (John 6:63 NLT). "…It is God who works in you…” (Philippians 2:13 NIV).“…the Father that dwelleth in [YOU], he doeth the works…” (John 14:10 KJV).

“…It is IMPOSSIBLE to "PLEASE GOD" without FAITH…” (Hebrews 11:6 NLT). Therefore, ^“…That great Shepherd of the sheep, EQUIP YOU with everything good for doing his will, and may he work “IN US” (EMPOWERING US WITH THE "FRUIT OF FAITH TO DO) what is PLEASING to him, through Jesus Christ (the INDWELLING Holy Spirit)…” (Hebrews 13:20-21 NIV). “…It is God which worketh IN YOU both to will and to do of his good PLEASURE…” (Philippians 2:13 KJV).

When the WORD OF GOD is "HEARD," the indwelling Fruit of FAITH is produced and begins to empower you TO DO, to HOPE IN, and to RECEIVE EXACTLY what the WORD SAYS or PROMISES!!! 

“…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV). “…The [Word] is ...Spirit [too[…” (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV). “…THE WORDS THAT I SPEAK unto you, they ARE SPIRIT…” (John 6:63 KJV), “…The Spirit of God (that produces faith) dwell[s] in you…” (Romans 8:9 KJV).  . “…the fruit of the Spirit is …  faith …” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV). “…Jesus Christ (the WORD, activates the power of the Holy Spirit to produce the fruit of faith, which) is in you…” (2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV).

The fruit of FAITH is part “OF” THE indwelling HOLY SPIRIT – that is activated when the word is heard "and" it is “IN” you!! “ … FAITH (part “OF” the indwelling Holy Spirit and produced when the WORD of God is HEARD) IS the [guarantee] of things hoped for (or expected), the evidence of things not seen…” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV).

Let’s take a closer look at Hebrews 11:1. “…Now FAITH IS the substance of things hoped for, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS UNSEEN…” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV).

 “…FAITH… COMETH by hearing, and hearing by the word of God…” (Roman 10:17 KJV). Faith COMES, or faith is activated by HEARING the GOSPEL.

Faith comes HOW? “…FAITH… COMETH by hearing ... the word of God…” (Roman 10:17 KJV).

By hearing the Word of God “this” biblical faith, in Hebrews 11:1,  is activated.  Therefore, the Word of GOD activates “this” biblical FAITH, in Hebrews 11:1. “…FAITH… COMETH by hearing [the WORD]…” (Roman 10:17 KJV).

Where does "this" biblical faith, in Hebrews 11:1, come from? “…God hath [given]… to every man the measure of faith….” (Romans 12:3 KJV). …The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in [y]our lives … " (Galations 5:22-23 NLT).“… [One of]…the fruit of the [HIS INDWELLING HOLY] Spirit is… FAITH…” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV). HOW does God GIVE you this “measure of faith?  “…God … sent forth the Spirit of His Son “INTO” [Y]OUR… HEARTS…” (Galatians 4:6 NASB). “…Jesus Christ is in you…” (2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV). “…The righteous will live by "his" faith…” (Habakkuk 2:4 NASB). “… [You] live by the faith of the Son of God.   …” (Galatians 2:20 KJV). “…Apart from [the indwelling Holy Spirit, who empowers the fruit of faith], you can do nothing…” (John 15:5 NIV).

Therefore, “…The [indwelling] Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE [which includes the fruit of FAITH]…” (John 3:6 NLT). One of “…the fruit of the Spirit is… FAITH…” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV). “…IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD …” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

“…God … sent forth the Spirit of His Son “INTO” [Y]OUR… HEARTS…” (Galatians 4:6 NASB). “…Christ in you, …” (Colossians 1:27 KJV). “…John answered and said, A man can RECEIVE nothing, except it be GIVEN him from heaven…” (John 3:27 KJV).

It is the WORD of God that activates the POWERFUL WORK of the Holy Spirit to save souls and empower the fruit of faith “…For the kingdom of God is ,,,, a matter ,,, of POWER [the POWER of the Holy Spirit…” (1 Corinthians 4:20 NIV). “…Our gospel  (the WORD) came to you … with POWER [the POWER of the Holy Spirit]…” (1 Thessalonians 1:5 NIV).

Hearing the WORD empowers SALVATION along with Faith through the POWERFUL "WORK" of the Holy Spirit. “…Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. The WORD OF GOD (also JESUS) is “…the POWER of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…” (Romans 1:16 KJV). “…For you have been born again … through the living and enduring WORD of God…” (1 Peter 1:23 NIV).

HEARING the gospel is HOW “…the Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE [within you]…” (John 3:6 NLT).   “…God … sent forth the Spirit of His Son “INTO” [Y]OUR… HEARTS…” (Galatians 4:6 NASB). “…Christ in you, …” (Colossians 1:27 KJV).“…BY GRACE have ye been saved through… FAITH (the empowerment of the Holy Spirit; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES, IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD; not of works, that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

“..The GRACE (unmerited FAVOR) of our Lord (SALVATION) was poured out on me abundantly, ALONG WITH FAITH … that are “IN” Christ Jesus…” (1 Timothy 1:13-14 NIV).“…God commendeth his love toward us (GRACE), in that, while we were yet sinners (GRACE), Christ DIED FOR US (GRACE)…” (Romans 5:8 KJV).

Obtaining salvation, along with the Faith means that you have been rescued from God’s wrath and judgement through his AMAZING GRACE and will not get what you actually deserve (MERCY), which is death. “…ALL HAVE SINNED and fallen short of the glory of God…” (Romans 3:23). “…the wages of sin is death…” (Romans 6:23 KJV).

Salvation, along with the Spirit of Faith demonstrates God’s LOVE and desire to deliver you from sin and death (GRACE). “…God so LOVED the world that he gave his only begotten Son.(GRACE)..the just for the unjust (GRACE and MERCY)...that whosoever believeth in him should not perish (be punished)…” (John 3:16 KJV & 1 Peter 3:18 NASB). God “….is …not willing that any should perish (GRACE and MERCY), but that all should come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9 KJV).

The WORD OF GOD is “…the POWER of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…” (Romans 1:16 KJV). Hearing the WORD of God” results in salvation, along with faith, through the POWER of God's Holy Spirit.  Salvation, along with faith is not obtained by one’s own efforts, or one’s human faith or one’s self-autonomy, but by God's Holy Spirit.  “… This is the word of the Lord … Not by [human] might, nor by [human] power, but by my [powerful holy] spirit…” (Zechariah 6:4 KJV). “…BY GRACE have ye been saved THROUGH… FAITH; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES, it is the GIFT of God; NOT OF WORKS, that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

If you could obtain salvation, along with Faith, by your own efforts, your own human faith, or by your own self-autonomy then Christ would not have had a need to die on the cross. “… The life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God … for if righteousness come by the law (human faith, self-effort, self-autonomy, etc.), then Christ is dead in vain…” (Galatians 2:20-21 KJV). “…the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works…” (John 14:10 KJV).“…Apart from Me (the indwelling Holy Spirit), you can do nothing…” (John 15:5 NIV).     “… if keeping the law (self-effort, human faith) could make us right with God, then there was no need for Christ to die…” (Galatians 2:21 NLT). “…Who will free [you] from this life that is dominated by SIN (human faith, self-effort, self-autonomy etc.)? Thank God! The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord…” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT).

“For [it is] Christ …[who]…. died for sins ONCE for all, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit…” (1 Peter 3:18 NASB). “… Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And ... he was buried, and …he rose again the third day according to the scriptures…” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4 KJV).

So what is your part in “this” GREAT salvation that comes along with Faith? “…RECEIVE with meekness the engrafted WORD, which is able to SAVE your souls…” (James 1:21 KJV).  

Since sinners CAN’T obtain salvation, that comes along with the Faith, through their own efforts they willfully RECEIVE or ACCEPT this gift of God. “…BY GRACE have ye been saved through… FAITH; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES, IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD; not of works, that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

Salvation, along with Faith, comes in the form of an INVITATION that is granted to sinners on behalf of Jesus Christ. “….God HAS GRANTED (allowed) repentance that leads to life…” (Acts 11:18 NIV). “…It has been GRANTED TO YOU on behalf of Christ ….to believe in him (depend upon Him)…” (Philippians 1:29 NIV). “…It is BECAUSE OF HIM (God's alone) that you are in Christ Jesus… Therefore, as it is written: “Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord.” (1 Corinthians 1:30-31 NIV). “…BY GRACE have ... [I]... been saved through… FAITH…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). “…NOT OF [MYSELF[…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). “…not [through my] works, that [I].. should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). “…IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

Thus, salvation, along with Faith, DOES NOT depend upon human effort AT ALL. It totally and absolutely depends upon God’s GRACE , God's MERCY, and God's POWER activated by HEARING his WORD. 

WHY DO YOU NEED SALVATION? You were “…separated from the LIFE of God…” (Ephesians 4:18 NIV). “…[You were]…DEAD in trespasses and sin…” (Ephesians 2:1 KJV). “…YOU… were DEAD in YOUR transgressions and sins…” (Ephesians 2:1 NIV). “…YOU were DEAD in your sins and ... [BUT]…God made you ALIVE with Christ. He forgave [you]… all [your]… sins…” (Colossians 2:13 NIV).

God “….made [you]… ALIVE with Christ  …” (Ephesians 2:5 NIV). Like the prodigal son, “… [YOU  [were]…. DEAD and [you have been made]… ALIVE AGAIN; [you were]… lost and [have been]… found…” (Luke 15:24 NIV).

If you were made “ALIVE AGAIN” then you were DEAD. HOW? The sinner is spiritually DEAD. We ALL were. “….YOU USED TO LIVE in sin, just like the rest of the world, obeying the devil—the commander of the powers in the unseen world. He is the spirit at work in the hearts of those who refuse to obey God. All of us used to live that way, following the passionate desires and inclinations of our sinful nature. ….just like everyone else…” (Ephesian 2:2-3 NLT).

However, “…It is the SPIRIT who gives LIFE; the (sinful human) flesh profits nothing…” (John 6:63 NASB). “…THE WORDS THAT I SPEAK unto you, they ARE SPIRIT, and they ARE LIFE…” (John 6:63 KJV).  “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV).   AND “…The Lord is that Spirit…” too (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV).). “Jesus saith…I am …THE LIFE…” (John 14:6 KJV). “…The Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT). “….Apart from [Jesus,] …you can do nothing…” (John 15:5 NIV).

 “…THE WORDS THAT I SPEAK unto you, they ARE SPIRIT, and they ARE LIFE…” (John 6:63 KJV). The WORD OF GOD is “…the POWER of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…” (Romans 1:16 KJV). “…You have been born again … through the living and enduring word of God…” (1 Peter 1:23 NIV). “…the Word (Jesus) was made flesh...” (JOHN 1:14). “Jesus saith…I am …THE LIFE…” (John 14:6 KJV). “…The Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT).

Salvation, along with the Faith is obtained BY “the POWERFUL WORK of God’s Holy Spirit.” ^“Now may the God of peace … that great Shepherd of the sheep, EQUIP you with EVERYTHING (SALVATION, along with Faith) good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen” (Hebrews 13:20-21 NIV). ^“Now may the God of peace … that great Shepherd of the sheep, EQUIP you with EVERYTHING (SALVATION, along with Faith) good for doing his will…” (Hebrews 13:20-21 NIV). ^“Now may the God of peace … that great Shepherd of the sheep …work in us (salvation, along with Faith) what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen” (Hebrews 13:20-21 NIV). “…the Father that dwelleth in [YOU], he doeth the works…” (John 14:10 KJV).

“…Jesus … said…the WORK of God [is] that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” (John 6:29 KJV). “…The Father … doeth the works…” (John 14:10 KJV). “… [God] work[s] in you … THROUGH Jesus Christ…” (Hebrews 13:20-21 NIV).  “… [God] work[s] IN [you]… what is pleasing to him…” (Hebrews 13:20-21 NIV). “…It is God which worketh in you…” (Philippians 2:13 KJV). “…The Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” (1 Corinthians 3:16 KJV). “…the Father that dwelleth in [you]… he doeth the works…” (John 14:10 KJV).

When voluntarily and willfully chosen, it is the WORD OF GOD that has the POWER to GRANT salvation, along with imparting Faith. “…RECIEVE … the … WORD, which is able to save your souls…” (James 1:21 KJV). “…God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son “INTO” OUR HEARTS…” (Galatians 4:6 NASB). “…God has given [you] HIS Spirit as PROOF that … he [dwells]…in [you]…” (1 John 4:13 NLT).  “…The fruit of the Spirit… is…FAITH…” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV).

 “…FAITH IS …THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS UNSEEN…” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV).  The WORD OF GOD is what makes salvation, along with the Faith, possible and real. The WORD is “…the POWER of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…” (Romans 1:16 KJV). Can you SEE the HOLY SPIRIT that SAVES you? Yet, are you saved?  

When the GOSPEL is HEARD FAITH, empowered by the Holy Spirit SAVES YOU. “…IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). The WORD is “…the POWER of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…” (Romans 1:16 KJV).  “…Jesus … said…the WORK of God [is] that ye believe on him (be empowered by the Holy Spirit to obtain salvation)  (HOW?) [through him] whom he hath sent....” (John 6:29 KJV). “…The Father … doeth the works…” (John 14:10 KJV).

Therefore, “…YOU have been born again (SAVED) …through the living and enduring word of God (which activates the Holy Spirit to SAVE you)…” (1 Peter 1:23 NIV). “…FAITH IS (empowered by the invisible Holy Spirit and is) …THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS UNSEEN…” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV).

Your gift of the Faith, produced by the indwelling Holy Spirit, is the evidence of what you cannot SEE. "... The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives ...FAITH…” (Galatians 5 NLT).“…The invisible things of him from the creation of the world are CLEARLY SEEN, being understood by the things that are made…” (Romans 1:20 KJV). “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is [made into]… a NEW creature … all things are become NEW…” (2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV).“…Ye shall know them by their fruits…” (Matthew 7:16 KJV).  The Fruit of faith IS part of God's Holy Spirit. “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV).  The Fruit of Faith is the evidence of what you do NOT see. “…The Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT). 

Again, “… [The] Good News about Christ… [or the WORD]… is the POWER of God at work, SAVING everyone who believes…” (Romans 1:16 NLT). “…You have been born again …through the living and enduring word of God…” (1 Peter 1:23 NIV). “…BY GRACE have ye been saved through… FAITH …” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

The relationship you have with God is obtained and granted through salvation by grace THROUGH (or along with) Faith. “…A right relationship with God … comes by faith (empowered by the Holy Spirit)…” (Romans 4:13 NASB). “…FAITH IS (empowered by the Holy Spirit and is) …THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS UNSEEN…” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV).  

Therefore, “…God hath…[given]… to every man THE measure of FAITH…” (Romans 12:3 NIV). “…FAITH… COMETH by hearing [the GOSPEL]…” (Roman 10:17 KJV). “…BY GRACE have ye been saved through FAITH (the empowerment of the Holy Spirit); and that NOT OF YOURSELVES, IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD; not of works, that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). “…A person is made right with God by faith (the empowerment of the Holy Spirit) in Jesus Christ (the Word that activates SALAVATION)…” (Galatians 2:16 NLT).

Your first encounter with the gift of Faith COMES when you HEAR the GOSPEL of salvation. “…FAITH (the empowerment of the Holy Spirit)… COMETH by hearing, and hearing by the word of God…” (Roman 10:17 KJV). “…FAITH… COMETH by hearing [the GOSPEL]…” (Roman 10:17 KJV).

The GOSPEL “IS” “…the POWER of God (the POWER of God that enables SALVATION) unto salvation to everyone that believeth (depends upon his WORD)…” (Romans 1:16 KJV).  “… [The] Good News about Christ. It is the POWER of God at work, saving everyone who believes (empowering everyone who depends upon God's WORD)…” (Romans 1:16 NLT). “…You have been born again …through the living and enduring word of God (which ACTIVATES the SAVING POWER of the Holy Spirit)…” (1 Peter 1:23 NIV)

 The bible doesn’t SAY ANY PART OF YOUR HUMAN EFFORT or HUMAN FAITH SAVES you; it says you are saved BY GRACE  (the unearned, undeserved, and unmerited FAVOR of God) through FAITH (the SAVING POWER of God's Holy Spirit). “…BY GRACE have ye been saved through… FAITH; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES, IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD; not of works, that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

THIS faith is NOT human faith, but spiritual faith, produced by the HOLY SPIRIT, because it is NOT of or from yourselves; it is a GIFT.  AGAIN, “….NOT OF YOURSELVES…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). “…IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).“…that NO MAN (or WOMAN) should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

Are you saved? If you accepted and received God’s invitation to salvation you are saved, which is PROOF spiritual Faith worked through the empowerment of God's Holy Spirit. “…God has given [you] HIS Spirit as PROOF that … he [dwells]…in [you]…” (1 John 4:13 NLT).  “… [One of] the fruit of the Spirit… is…FAITH…” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV). “ “…BY GRACE have ye been saved through… FAITH…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).…FAITH IS …THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS UNSEEN…” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV).  “…IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

It is the GIFTED Faith (the evidence of things unseen) that empowers - after HEARING the WORD -  people to experience the “…POWER of God unto salvation…” (Romans 1:16 KJV).  OR to have “…a right relationship with God that comes by faith…” (Romans 4:13 NASB). “…A person is made right with God by faith in Jesus Christ…” (Galatians 2:16 NLT). “…BY GRACE have ye been saved through… FAITH; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES, it is the gift of God; NOT OF WORKS, that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

The Holy Spirit DOES the WORK of SALVATION and FAITH!!

The bible clearly emphasizes spiritual faith as a “gift of God’ and eliminates any misunderstanding that the glory and credit for salvation, along with "this" gift of Faith, goes to anyone, BUT God. “…it is the gift of God; NOT OF WORKS, that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). “…You have been born again …through the living and enduring word of God…” (1 Peter 1:23 NIV) “…the Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT).

No “man should glory” or boast that they did ANYTHING to obtain salvation that comes along with the gift of Faith. “…BY GRACE have ye been saved through… FAITH; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES, it is the GIFT of God; NOT OF WORKS, that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

“…NOT OF YOURSELVES, it is the GIFT of God; NOT OF WORKS, that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). “…You have been born again …through the living and enduring word of God…” (1 Peter 1:23 NIV) “…the Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT).

 “…No man [or woman]… should glory” about his or her salvation (Ephesian 2:8-9 ASV). Here’s WHY: “The trouble is with me, for I am all too human, a slave to sin. I don’t really understand myself, for I want to do what is right, but I don’t do it. Instead, I do what I hate. So I am not the one doing wrong; it is sin living in me that does it.  And I know that NOTHING GOOD lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. I want to do what is right, but I can’t. I want to do what is good, but I don’t.

I don’t want to do what is wrong, but I do it anyway. I have discovered this principle of life—that when I want to do what is right, I inevitably do what is wrong.  I [am] …a slave to the sin that is … within me. Oh, what a miserable person I am!

Who will free me from this life that is dominated by sin? Thank God! The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord…” (Romans 7:14-25 NLT).

Because of the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross are you are saved by grace (undeserved favor) through the gift of Faith. “…Even when we were dead in our transgressions, [God] made us alive together^]with Christ (by grace you have been saved, ….[that God]…might reconcile …[you]… in one body to [him] through the cross…” (Ephesians 2:5, 16 NASB).

Therefore, “…God hath dealt (GIVEN)… to every man THE measure of FAITH…” (Romans 12:3 NIV). AND “…FAITH… COMETH by hearing, and hearing by the word of God…” (Roman 10:17 KJV). “…FAITH… COMETH by hearing [the GOSPEL]…” (Roman 10:17 KJV). “…it is the gift of God; …” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). “… [One of]… the fruit of the Spirit… is…FAITH…” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV). “…The Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT).

Apostle Paul CLEARLY demonstrates that the gift of Faith was transferred to him by God via the grace of salvation. “…Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, ALONG WITH FAITH … “IN” Christ Jesus…” (1 Timothy 1:13-14 NIV).

“…ALONG WITH FAITH …  “IN” Christ Jesus…” (1 Timothy 1:13-14 NIV).  Apostle Paul said the gift of FAITH was “poured out” or transferred to him IN Christ Jesus.

Where is Christ Jesus? “…Jesus Christ is in you…” (2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV). “…Christ in you, …” (Colossians 1:27 KJV). “…The Spirit of God dwell in you…” (Romans 8:9 KJV).  “…The Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT).

Salvation, by HEARING the WORD, comes along WITH the FAITH, which is a GIFT of the Holy Spirit. “…it is the gift of God …” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

HEARING the gospel empowers those who are DEAD to come ALIVE again spiritually through the indwelling Holy Spirit. “… [They were] DEAD in trespasses and sin…” and IT IS “…the POWER of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…” (Romans 1:16 & Ephesians 2:1 KJV). “…BY GRACE have ye been saved through… FAITH; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES, it is the gift of God; NOT OF WORKS, that no man should glory…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV).

You and every other believer is saved by grace THROUGH the “Gift” of Faith. “….For who makes you different from anyone else? What do you have that you did not RECEIVE? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not?” (1 Corinthians 4:6 NIV).  “…For what gives you the right to make such a judgment? What do you have that God hasn’t given you? And if everything you have is from God, why boast as though it were not a gift?” (1 Corinthians 4:7 NLT).

“…God hath dealt (GIVEN)… to every man THE measure of FAITH…” (Romans 12:3 NIV). One of the “…the fruit of the Spirit… is…FAITH…” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV). “…The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in [y]our lives... faith….” (Galatians 5 NLT). “…FAITH IS …THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS UNSEEN…” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV).

Therefore, Faith “…IS THE GIFT OF GOD…” (Ephesians 2:8-9 ASV). “…The Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT). “… [One of]… the fruit of the Spirit… is…FAITH…” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV). “…The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in [y]our lives... faith….” (Galatians 5 NLT).

The GIFT of Faith that saved you is the SAME gift of Faith that sustains you throughout your Christian journey. “…The Lord ….he shall SUSTAIN thee…” (Psalms 55:22 KJV). “…HE “WILL” KEEP YOU STRONG to the end…” (1 Corinthians 1:8 NLT). “…The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in [y]our lives... faith….” (Galatians 5 NLT). “…Walk by faith...” (2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV). “…Live by faith, not by sight….” (2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV). “…The righteous will live by his faith…” (Habakkuk 2:4 NASB). “…Christ liveth in [you]: and the life which [you] now live in the flesh [you] live by (via, through, by the use of, etc.) the faith of the Son of God.   …” (Galatians 2:20 KJV).

Thus, “…Jesus [is]… the AUTHOR and FINISHER OF [your indwelling gift of] FAITH…” (Hebrews 12:2a KJV). “…The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in [y]our lives... faith….” (Galatians 5 NLT). “…HE WHICH HATH “BEGUN” A GOOD “WORK” IN YOU (the WORK of FAITH) WILL “PERFORM” IT until the day of Jesus Christ…” (Philippians 1:6 KJV). “…I do nothing of myself…” (John 8:28 KJV). “…the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works (he doeth the works of empowering the fruit of faith)…” (John 14:10 KJV). ^“…God …works in you TO WILL and TO ACT in order to fulfill his good purpose…” (Philippians 2:13 NIV). “….Apart from Me (JESUS), you can do nothing…” (John 15:5 NIV).

Every day you can “…Walk BY [the gift of]…FAITH...” (2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV). “…the spirit is [always] willing, [even though]… the flesh is weak…" (Matthew 26:41 NASB). WHY? BECAUSE “…the Lord is that Spirit…” (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV). “…[You] CAN DO all things through Christ (through HIS indwelling  fruit of Faith)…” (Philippians 4:13 KJV). “…The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in [y]our lives... faith….” (Galatians 5 NLT). “…It is God who works IN YOU TO WILL and TO ACT in order to fulfill his good purpose…” (Philippians 2:13 NIV).

The gift of Faith is a spiritual gift. “…The Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT).“…The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in [y]our lives... faith….” (Galatians 5 NLT). “…God gives us many kinds of special abilities, but it is …God who does the work IN AND THROUGH all of us who are his… (1 Corinthians 12:4-11 NLT).

The goft of Faith is also a FRUIT (innate trait or characteristic) of the SPIRIT. “…The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, FAITH, Meekness, temperance…” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV). “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV).  “…The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in [y]our lives... faith….” (Galatians 5 NLT). “…The Spirit of God dwell[s]… in you…” (Romans 8:9 KJV). “…The Lord is that Spirit…” (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV). “…Jesus Christ is IN YOU…” (2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV).

The gift (fruit) OF FAITH is in YOU!!

Therefore, if you “…confess with [your]…mouth the Lord Jesus, and … believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved…” (ROMANS 10:9 KJV). “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house…” (ACTS 16:31 KJV).  “…Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God…” (ACTS 8:37 KJV). The WORD of God is “…the POWER of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…” (Romans 1:16 KJV). “…This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God…” (1 John 4:2-4 KJV).

A new convert HEARS the GOSPEL message first, which comes along with the Faith and when they voluntarily accept or receive God’s invitation the HOLY SPIRIT SAVES them. “…Every one that hath HEARD and hath LEARNED of the Father, cometh to me…” (John 6:45 KJV). “…NO ONE can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him…” (John 6:44 KJV).

God’s HOLY SPIRIT empowers salvation, along with the impartation of Faith and SAVES you. After hearing the WORD, Faith works along with the POWERFUL Holy Spirit of God TO SAVE. The WORD of God is “…the POWER of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…” (Romans 1:16 KJV).

You are able to be saved from your sins because Christ died for you. “… Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And ...he was buried, and …he rose again the third day according to the scriptures…” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4 KJV).

When you have eternal life, the indwelling Spirit of Jesus Christ is the PROOF. “…The GIFT of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ ….” (Romans 6:23 KJV).  “…The Spirit of God dwell[s]… IN YOU…” (Romans 8:9 KJV).  “…IT SHALL BE DONE TO YOU ACCORDING TO YOUR [Spirit of]… FAITH…” (MATTHEW 9:29 NASB). 

“…FAITH IS …THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS UNSEEN (such as eternal salvation)…” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV).“…The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in [y]our lives... faith….” (Galatians 5 NLT).   “…Walk by faith...” (2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV). “…Live by faith, not by sight….” (2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV).

Have you SEEN eternal life? Do you SEE or always FEEL the indwelling Holy Spirit? Yet,“…The invisible [Spirit]…from the creation of the world …clearly seen, being understood by the things that are MADE …” (Romans 1:20 KJV). “…Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a NEW creature …all things are become NEW…” (2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV).

If you said, NO, but you know Christ died, and you know you have eternal life and you know you have the indwelling Spirit; then you are witnessing to the empowering of Faith, which is the evidence of things UNSEEN.“…The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in [y]our lives... faith….” (Galatians 5 NLT).  “…FAITH IS …THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS UNSEEN…” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV). 

The spiritual life can NOT begin without the WORK of the Holy Spirit and cannot continue without the WORK of the indwelling gift of Faith. “…The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in [y]our lives... faith….” (Galatians 5 NLT). “…The Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT). “… Jesus the AUTHOR (sustainer) … OF OUR FAITH…” (Hebrews 12:2a KJV). “…HE WHICH HATH “BEGUN” A GOOD “WORK” IN YOU WILL “PERFORM” IT until the day of Jesus Christ…” (Philippians 1:6 KJV). “…the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works…” (John 14:10 KJV).

Christians struggle with faith because it is not a tangible reality, but a supernatural one.  God GIFTS Faith through the indwelling Holy Spirit and sustains that Faith through Jesus Christ. “…the Holy Spirit GIVES birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT). “…Jesus [is]… the AUTHOR and FINISHER OF [the indwelling Spirit of]… FAITH…” (Hebrews 12:2a KJV). “…HE WHICH HATH “BEGUN” A GOOD “WORK” IN YOU (the WORK of Faith)… [HE]. WILL “PERFORM” IT until the day of Jesus Christ…” (Philippians 1:6 KJV).

It is Faith that empowers you to DO something, receive something, and to EXPECT from God. ^“…God …works in you TO WILL and TO ACT in order to fulfill his good purpose…” (Philippians 2:13 NIV). “….Apart from Me (JESUS), you can do nothing…” (John 15:5 NIV).

Faith is gifted to you and once it is gifted to you and you receive it; it’s YOUR faith. “…God hath dealt (GIVEN)… to every man THE measure of FAITH…” (Romans 12:3 NIV). “…John answered and said, A man can RECEIVE nothing, except it be given him from heaven…” (John 3:27 KJV). “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV). “…The Holy Spirit GIVES birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT).

The gift of Faith received from God is “MY” faith and is “YOUR” faith. “…God has given [you] HIS Spirit as PROOF that … he [dwells]…in [you]…” (1 John 4:13 NLT). “… [One of] the fruit of the Spirit… is…FAITH…” (Galatians 5:22-23 KJV). “…God hath dealt (GIVEN)… to every man THE measure of FAITH…” (Romans 12:3 NIV).…The Lord is that Spirit…” (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV). “…Jesus Christ is IN YOU…” (2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV).

EVERYTHING God GIVES YOU is SPIRIT. “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV). ALL of SPIRITUAL LIFE originates from God. “…The Holy Spirit GIVES birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT). “…John answered and said, A man can RECEIVE nothing, except it be GIVEN HIM FROM HEAVEN…” (John 3:27 KJV). “… NO ONE can come to me UNLESS the Father HAS ENABLED THEM…” (John 6:65 NIV).

“…THE WORDS (Jesus) THAT I SPEAK unto you, they ARE SPIRIT (God)…” (John 6:63 KJV). “…The WORD (Jesus) was made FLESH, and dwelt among us...” (JOHN 1:14). “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV). “…You have been born again …through the living and enduring word of God…” (1 Peter 1:23 NIV) “…The Holy Spirit gives birth to SPIRITUAL LIFE…” (John 3:6 NLT). “…The Lord (Jesus, the Word) is …Spirit…” (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV).

The WORD of God (Spoken through Jesus) is “…the POWER of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…” (Romans 1:16 KJV). “….The GOD of Israel is he that GIVETH strength and POWER UNTO HIS PEOPLE…” (Psalms 68:35 KJV). “…SUMMON (ACTIVATE) YOUR POWER, God; SHOW US YOUR STRENGTH, our God, as you have done before…” (Psalms 68:28 NASB).

God’s Holy POWER is in a category all on its own. Ancient Greek calls it dunamis POWER. There are a lot of names given to define power such as: clout, one’s own ability, sovereignty, strength, capability, dominion, authority, control, rule, autonomy, or supreme influence.

There is no power, however, like that of God’s power. “… There is NONE like unto thee, O LORD; thou art GREAT, and thy name is great in might.…” (Jeremiah 10:6 KJV). “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV).  “…[ALL] …POWER belongeth unto God...” (Psalms 62:11 NIV).

There are many examples of power, many definitions of power, but none of those powers are comparable to the POWER of God. “… There is NONE like unto thee, O LORD…” (Jeremiah 10:6 KJV).

No matter who holds positions of power; ultimately all power BELONGS to God. “…[ALL] POWER belongeth unto God...” (Psalms 62:11 NIV).

If one possesses power of any kind, it was given to him or her by God. “…There is NO POWER but of God: THE POWERS that be are ordained of God…” (Romans 13:1 KJV). “...[God]…changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding…” (Daniel 2:21 KJV).

“…In order that the living may know That the Most High is ruler over the realm of mankind, And bestows it on whom He wishes `…” (Daniel 4:17 NASB). “…Jesus answered, "You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above…” (John 19:22 NIV).

ALL “…POWER belongeth unto God...” (Psalms 62:11 NIV). “…The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein…” (Psalm 24:1 KJV). “…The world is mine, and the fulness thereof…” (Psalm 50:12 KJV). “…All that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine…” (1 Chronicles 29:11 KJV).

The WORD of God (spoken by Jesus) is “…the POWER (the WORK of the Holy Spirit) of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…” (Romans 1:16 KJV). “…Jesus … said…This is the WORK of God: that ye believe on him…” (John 6:29 KJV). “…the Father … he doeth the works…” (John 14:10 KJV).

God’s dunamis power is also translated as miraculous power, especially since it extends far and abundantly above normal, common human power or capability. God “… is able TO DO exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think…” (Ephesians 3:20 KJV).

Jesus was enabled by the Holy Spirit and his POWER and was AWARE of it. “…Jesus realized that POWER had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes?” “You see the people crowding against you,” his disciples answered, “and yet you can ask, ‘Who touched me?’ Jesus kept looking around to see who had done it. Then the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell at his feet and, trembling with fear, told him the whole truth. He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering…” (Mark 5:30-34 NIV).  “…God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and POWER, and how he went around doing good and healing all ….because God was with him…” (Acts 10:38 NIV).

God enabled others by that POWER too. “…Stephen, a man full of God’s grace and POWER, performed great wonders and signs among the people…” (Acts 6:8 NIV).  “…God did extraordinary MIRACLES (power) through Paul…” (Acts 19:11 NIV). “…I persevered in demonstrating among you the marks of a true apostle, including signs, wonders and MIRACLES (power)…” (2 Corinthians 12:12 NIV).

“…Now God GIVES US many kinds of special abilities, but it is the same HOLY SPIRIT who is the SOURCE of them all. …it is the same God who does the work IN and THROUGH all of us who are his. The HOLY SPIRIT DISPLAYS God’s power THROUGH each of us … It is the … Holy Spirit who gives all these gifts and POWERS… (1 Corinthians 12:4-11 NLT).

“…I am the Lord, I change NOT…” (Malachi 3:6 KJV).  ^“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Hebrews 13 :8 NIV). “…Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and GREATER WORKS than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father…” (John 14:1 KJV). ^“…That great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing his will…” (Hebrews 13:20-21 NIV). ^“…That great Shepherd of the sheep …work “IN US” what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen…” (Hebrews 13:20-21 NIV). “…It is God which worketh IN YOU both to will and to do of his good pleasure…” (Philippians 2:13 KJV).

You can’t physically SEE the indwelling Faith, but you can SEE the fruit of it WORKING THROUGH your life. Let’s go back to Noah. How did his faith work THROUGH him?

Faith worked “THROUGH” Noah: Noah built or made A BOAT. “…The invisible [Spirit]…from the creation of the world …clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made…” (Romans 1:20 KJV).

When the gift of Faith works “THROUGH” you it is witnessed by your actions. Your actions are empowered by Faith and will be “…clearly seen (by the things that are made through "all" actions empowered by the Holy Spirit)…” (Romans 1:20 KJV).

Noah built or MADE a boat and people SAW his WORK. “…I will show you MY FAITH (empowered by the Holy Spirit) by my deeds...” (JAMES 2:18 NIV).

“…It was BY FAITH (empowered by the Holy Spirit) that Noah BUILT A LARGE BOAT to save his family from the flood. He obeyed God (depended upon God's Word), who warned him about things that had never happened before….” (Hebrews 11 NLT).

Noah had never heard of a flood, but he was empowered by Faith (or empowered by the Holy Spirit), to heed God’s warning. “…He [was empowered to obey or depend upon] God….” (Hebrews 11 NLT).

Being empowered by the Holy Spirit PROVES, "… [You] CAN DO all things THROUGH Christ which strengtheneth [you]…” (Philippians 4:13 KJV). “….Apart from Me (the indwelling Holy Spirit), [you]… can do nothing…” (John 15:5 NIV). “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV).  “…The Spirit of God dwell[s]… in [YOU]…” (Romans 8:9 KJV). “…The Lord (the WORD) is that Spirit [too[…” (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV). “…Jesus Christ (the WORD) is IN …[YOU]…” (2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV). “…the Father that dwelleth in [YOU], he doeth the works (the doeth the works of empowering faith)…” (John 14:10 KJV).

Thus, Faith, empowered by the Holy Spirit, worked “THROUGH” Noah to do something miraculous. “…It was BY FAITH,(empowered by the Holy Spirit) that Noah BUILT a boat (ark) ….” (Hebrews 11 NLT). 

Noah started building or making the boat (ARK) BEFORE the – never heard of - flood ever came. “…So God said to Noah, “I am going to put an end to all people …So make yourself an ark (boat) of cypress wood; …. I am GOING TO bring floodwaters on the earth to destroy all life under the heavens, every creature that has the breath of life in it. Everything on earth will perish. …Noah did everything just as God commanded him. (Genesis 6:9-22 NIV).

“…God, who warned him about things that had never happened before….” (Hebrews 11 NLT). Noah was empowered by Faith or empowered by the Holy Spirit to EXPECT God to SAVE his family from a flood that had NEVER been heard of before. “…Now FAITH  (empowered by the Holy Spirit) IS … the evidence of things not seen…” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV).

Faith, empowered by the Holy Spirit, empowered Noah to respond by depending upon the Word of God and build a boat, because a flood was coming.

Building or making the boat, based on God’s WORD alone was the Holy Spirit of Faith working THROUGH Noah. “…It is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure” (Philippians 2:13 KJV).

God's Holy Spirit works IN and THROUGH you to empower you the same way he did Noah! “…GOD IS SPIRIT…” (John 4:24 KJV).  “…The Spirit of God dwell[s]… in [YOU]…” (Romans 8:9 KJV). “…God which worketh in you … to do…” (Philippians 2:13 KJV). “…the Father that dwelleth in [YOU], he doeth the works…” (John 14:10 KJV).

You are equipped with Faith by the indwelling Holy Spirit so God can work IN and THROUGH you to depend upon His word too! “…Jesus .. said…This is the WORK of God: that ye believe on him…” (John 6:29 KJV).

God’s Holy Spirit DOES the WORK of empowering Faith “IN” and “THROUGH” you. You are enabled to DEPEND UPON God's truth. “…Thy WORD is truth” (JOHN 17:17 KJV). “…The truth shall MAKE (or SET) YOU[R indwelling Faith] FREE…” (JOHN 8:32 KJV). “…the Father … he doeth the works…” (John 14:10 KJV).

 Therefore, “…FAITH (empowered by the Holy Spirit) IS …THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS UNSEEN…” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV). “…The invisible [Spirit]…from the creation of the world is …CLEARLY SEEN, being understood by the things that are made…” (Romans 1:20 KJV). “…I will show you MY FAITH (empowered by the Holy Spirit) by my deeds (actions that demonstrate my dependency upon God)....” (JAMES 2:18 NIV). “…[IT]… IS …THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS UNSEEN…” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV).
